SW Hamilton Residence
This home started as a developer’s next build, but turned into his dream home.
Technically it is a remodel, but practically it’s a brand new home. Scope includes raising the floor level, adding 2 wings, and changing the roof line. The new residence features 7 bedrooms with ensuite baths, a butlers pantry, a wine cellar, and a spa. Construction was completed in the Spring of 2025.
