SW Hamilton Residence
This residence in the city of Portland is technically a remodel, but included raising the floor level, adding 2 wings, and changing the roof line. The new residence features 7 bedrooms with ensuite baths, a butlers pantry, a wine cellar, and a spa. Construction begins Spring of 2023.
